Implant Bridges and Dentures

Dental implants are not only excellent as replacements for individual teeth but they also provide a stable foundation for bridges and dentures. They can last a patient’s whole life when they are properly maintained with professional care.

Dentures

Implants are also excellent support for partial or complete dentures. Four or more carefully placed implants can support a full arch of dentures. We can even provide a patient with dental implants and dentures in a single day. This is called “All-on-4” because four implants are used as support. In some cases, six implants may be placed.

No more shifting, poorly-fitting dentures or a need to restrict one’s diet. Implant-supported dentures offer a better solution.

Please consult us if you need to replace missing teeth with bridges, partial dentures or complete dentures.

Bridges

The advantage to supporting bridges with dental implants is that there is no need to modify two healthy teeth so that they can be covered with a bridge. To replace two or three teeth in a row, two dental implants are placed in the bone and then are allowed to heal. A durable ceramic bridge is then manufactured to match the patient’s natural teeth. It is then anchored to the implants.
